Modern ministry MUST be involved with Facebook–but also Twitter and digital communications methods. SendingWord consolidates these social/microblogging sites along with text and email messages and digital phone calls in one consolidated Web site. Churches simply set up subscriptions (scripture passages, church news, liturgy info, etc.) and click send. Congregates decide how they want to receive the info, and it’s distributed.
Simple: Better communication with the next generation of followers translates to a more engaged community. It’s a win-win for all involved. Fear not and join the digital masses!
